Are you an independent MOT test centre?

Yes. We are a dedicated MOT-only test centre and do not carry out vehicle repairs. This ensures every MOT test is completely impartial.

Why choose an MOT centre that doesn't do repairs?

Garages that carry out repairs may benefit from MOT failures. As we don't operate a repair workshop, there is no financial incentive for us to fail your vehicle - giving you a fair and honest MOT.

How long does an MOT take?

An MOT test typically takes around 45-60 minutes. You are welcome to wait while it is tested or leave it with us while you get on with your day.

What vehicles do you test?

Uttoxeter Test Centre carry out MOT testing for passenger cars and vans up to 3000kg.

Cheadle Test Centre carry out MOT testing on all classes of vehicle including Motor Bikes, Cars, Vans, Motorhomes, and Class 5 Minibus.

What days are you open?

Both sites are open six days a week, making it easier to book your MOT at a time that suits you. If you cant find a date or time to suit, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate.

When can I renew my MOT?

You can have your MOT test carried out up to one month (minus a day) before your current MOT expires and keep the same renewal date.
